....in first delivery my baby is no more...at that time...Dr.given me २ tablets for stopping milk..now I my second delivery I have enough milk for my child...but I have doubt... becouse of that treatment is my milk supply decrease?

No it doesn't happen like that..with every Pregnancy a woman's body prepares for lactation too..if its good then don't worry
