In Kerala we get a fruit called nenthrampazham or ethapazham which a type of banana. At about 1 and 1/2 years I cut half of banana, cut it into round slices and cook adding water, once it is well cooked I add 3 to 4 tbspns sugar, if needed can add more and 2spoons ghee and mash it well. This avoids constipation and helps the child to pass motion easily and also improves the immune system of the baby #bbcreatorsclub#babyhealth
