Hi dear! Sleep on whichever side you are comfortable with. I used to place many pillows under the belly and also in between my knees. That helped me .

Hi. You may feel slight discomfort in the first trimester because the uterus and ligaments have started stretching. Also blood flow to the uterus is more causing some congestion and discomfort. Sleep on your left side with a pillow to support your belly. It will ease the pain
