In my ultrasound scan at the 12 weeks of gestational age my placenta_posterior covering the os.  at this time I took too much rest. 

Nw I'm 18 week pregnant my placenta is in posterior uterine wall extending from the fundus downward,its lower margin minimally extending into the lower uterine segment.  lower margin 2.5cms away from the internal os. 

inthis conditon can I go for a journey  . plz help me and rpl fast.
