INGREDIENTS
1 thigh piece (boneless)
1 cup chopped veggies like carrot, potato, green beans
A pinch of jeera powder.
METHOD
1) Wash the chicken well and make sure it has no bones.
2) Chop the chicken in smaller pieces.
3) Put the chicken and vegetables into a pressure cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles.
4) Let the pressure of the cooker release on it's own. The chicken will continue cooking in the built up pressure.
5) After the cooker has cooled, put the cooked chicken and vegetables into a mixer jar along with some liquid.
6) Blend the chicken and vegetables into a smooth puree. Add more of the cooking liquid if necessary.
7) Add a pinch of jeera powder for seasoning.
