1.5 cup White rice or Brown Rice
1 cup black urad dal
1 cup green gram
1 cup roasted gram
1 cup moong dal
1 cup masoor dal
1 cup wheat dalia
½ cup Saboodana (Sagoo)
½ cup Horse gram
½ cup corn
Method
-Soak the ingredients in water in different containers for 8-9 hours.
-Now dry all of the ingredients patiently.
-Roast all the dry ingredients.
-Roast the rice till they become puffy.
-Roast the dal and wheat dalia till they are golden brown in color.
-Roast the sago and grams till they are crispy.
-Roast cashew nuts and almonds till they start giving an aroma.
-Roast the corn till they are golden brown in colour and crackle.
-Put all the ingredients in a mixer blender. Grind them all till they have a powdery texture.
-Sift the flour to ensure it is finer.
