Instant Amla Pickle:

Good for health, can have with dosa,idli,rice,paratha,chapati.

Recipe: wash amla & make few cuts,grind mustard,jeera & methi seeds. Take a pan add oil,fry amla till golden brown & turn off the stove. Add garlic, mustard & methi seed powder,jeera powder, chilly & turmeric powder,salt and mix.After cool add lemon juice. It can be stored in airtight jar for a day to rest for better taste.
