Instant Rava dosa I dont wanted to make sweet from rava and give to baby in the morning.then i thought of making rava dosa its very easy and with minimal things that are always available in the kitchen.one can make a quick breakfast So lets get started:
🔺250gms cup Rava
🔺100 gms rice flour
🔺1 medium size onion finely chopped
🔺coriander finely chopped
🔺1/2 tsp black pepper( you can add chilli, i was preparing for kuku)
🔺1 tsp cumin seeds
🔺pinch of asafoetida
🔺few curry leaves
🔺salt as per taste
To make batter:
1⃣In a large bowl add rava and rice flour add water to it and whisk so that there is no lumps.
2⃣add onion coriander salt pepper to it.
3⃣in a small pan add oil pinch of asafoetida ,cumin seeds once it crackles add chopped curry leaves.add this to batter
4⃣batter should be very thin so add water accordingly.
5⃣heat and grease non stick pan and pour on tava.cook it till crispy
👍Note:when u prepare first dosa u vl understand how much water to put in batter because while pouring you will see small holes it means batter is perfect.if not add water to batter and go on mixing race and rice flour sits at bottom. SERVING:
it can be enjoyed wid chutney ,sambhar or potato sabji.i like with tomato sauce😍.
