When a child falls down and cries, What do you do? Immediately pick up the child and console. And few of us kick the floor or the object which made the child to fall down.. Is this the right attitude?
My in laws takes care of my Brother in law 's baby girl as both her parents are working and they have their own way of bringing up a child, Like all the elders they too doesn't like if we try to interfere. According to them their way is the right way.. So whenever my neice falls over big tamasha takes place like hitting the floor, kicking the sofa etc. Only then my neice calms down. Are we not instilling "Revenge" here? Same applies even if we hurt her by mistake " Let's beat Amma, dadda, bade pappa etc".
These attitude might be nothing for few of us, few of us will think " Bache heh", but this same bacha will grow up taking revenge. Most of the crimes happens because of revenge.. All these start right from their childhood.
At home when our baby falls down we don't make it a big deal, We pick her up immediately and say "it's okay, it happens" and we let her cry. If we hurt her by mistake we immediately say "I'm sorry". We do hear comments that we are making issue out of small things but we feel this is necessary. Tomorrow if she is hurt she must think " it's okay and it happens".
Bringing up a child is no "Child's play", if we notice everything and give importance to them we sure to bring up a good human being. Never take advices blindly, listen and check if that is good for your child then make a decision.

So true. . everything starts from childhood itself..so better to teach from d beginning than crying afterwards when the child doesn't listen..
