Hi. Yes It is safe to travel with one month old infant. Feed frequently through the journey just like you would if at home. Feed your baby while take off and landing if travelling by air. If you are going to cold place, carry clothing for you and your baby accordingly. take care of hygiene in terms of clothes, diapers and whatever and whoever touches ur baby

hi..for a month baby i suggest u to consult ur paed first as baby is too small..if its fine then just make sure u put soft cotton ear plug which can be provided in airoplane itself n keep feeding ur lo specially at the time of take off n landing..I hv travelled wd my 3 months kid internatinally..

Also the paed can tell u about some ear drops which you can put in child ears if you r travelling, which helps babies from air pressure and loud sound.

Hi. Air travel causes discomfort in the ears. Best to avoid. However if travel is necessary ensure baby is fed during take off and landing
