question
is eating fish good? and which type of fish should I eat and which to avoid?  I m 20 weeks pregnant!!

Hi there, Kindly avoid big sea <u>f</u>ishes as they contain high amount of mercury in them, Make sure to choose a variety of fish lower in mercury, such as salmon, tilapia, shrimp, tuna, cod, and catfish these are all good during pregnancy but again in moderation. &#9786;&#65039; These were suggested by my doc.
