Consult your gyno ....it is said that u should keep moving tilll the last day it increases ur chances of normal delivery so u should not stop ur walk...

Once in a while is ok with flat slippers and hold the railing etc..don't overdo..

Hey! Check with ur doc, basically if your reports are good, u can climb stairs, and walk as much as u can, it will increase chances of a normal delivery.
