elevate ur feet with pillows n rest ..rest ur legs for; sometime in epsom salt hot water

Make sure Your BP is normal. Cut down on salt intake esp raw salt.; Soak your feet in warm water dear. This is called edema and is a common effect from pregnancy. Keep your doctor informed once.
