Is it normal to bleed a little out of your vagina after vomiting?

I had a vomiting attack just now. after I was done vomiting I found there was some blood on the panty. Not too much, just a few drops. Is this normal? This is my first baby and I'm only 12 weeks, so I'm still freaking out about everything.
2 days ago i had my NT scan and everything was fine. But doctor found out a papillae  in vagina(I think it’s the same), which may cause bleeding but she assured it won’t effect baby.
PLEASE HELP!
