Is it normal to have sleeping discomfort in d last month of pregnancy..I m unable to sleep the whole night..please guide..so that I can sleep at least for 4 hrs..

It is very common. Before going to bed have a glass of warm milk, read books, meditate, listen to music to help you sleep better.
