Is it ok to do anomoly scan in 14 week?
My double marker test comes as positive so my Dr prescribed for early; anomoly scan

in 14 weeks organs may not b devloped properly. so no use of anomly scan. ur doct suggestd 4 it now?

Anomoly scan is finding if there is any anomolies (issues) in organ developments. They will check heart its chambers ,nose, lips,; kidneys, liver , limbs etc. For this the organs has to develop,; it will develop only by 18 or 19 weeks. So anomoly scan cannot be taken before that.. There is no point taking it now as the organs are not developed.
