Is it really necessary to expose the baby's body in sunlight ? If not, will it lead to Vitamin-D deficiency ?

Exposing a baby to sunlight is advisable. Either early morning or afternoon rays. however it's not mandatory. People living in cold countries , see no sun but kids aren't deficient.
