In lesser quantities if you are craving. It can upset the stomach if taken in large qty. can build up heat as well.

In moderation yes but wash really well. Avoid excess sugary fruits,; pineapple and papaya that's all.

You can have green Grapes but in moderate quantities ..too much will cause acidity n produces heat..I however used to have Grapes and all was well ..tc
