Sorry missed this post... Please do; detailed level 2 scan from; good centre to look for any other associated anomalies;;; if they are not there then isolated single umbilical artery is not a problem at all except as Dr Shilpitha mentioned that you need to be careful about fetal growth as there could be be growth restriction in third trimester

Ofcourse.. <br> Just make sure to have regular monthly scans to check blood supply and fetal growth.. increase your protein intake, keep a check on fetal movements- after 22weeks..

Hi Shilpa you can go ahead if the baby is fine and developed all the organs though the growth will be little late. <u>Even</u> I have single umbilical artery.
