Is it safe to put vicks vaporub on baby's forhead? I found her had was very hot and she was crying whenever she feels pain... I guess.. it can be due to teething or due to cold but After putting vicks she calmed down somehow n tried to sleep. Can I do the same whenever I find this issue?

We have added a little puppy In our family... a week ago... she is playing with her a lot... is it possible that she is having any fear complex with her... actually she is having fever now and she is doing this night screaming after puppy's arrival... but she plays a lot with her... please clear my doubt 🙏
