Agree with <b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @610cf1f0121127001a059985 </span></b> ,starting taking ghee in ur meals like in milk,having ghee wali sewaiyan,aate ki leti as it will help in normal delivery

Protein protein all the way. <br> Is time protein and carbs requirements jyada h. So eat accordingly ..<br> Milk<br> Eggs<br> Paneer<br> Chenna<br> Dates<br> Banana <br> Broccoli<br> Pulses<br> Kale chane <br> Sprouts <br> Leafy seasonal veg<br> Fruits <br> (All u <u>have</u> already been taking so don't worry keep the same diet just eat little more protein ) And u can start taking ghee in.milk also. (Said to ease normal delivery)

Hi<br> Yes after thirty four the growth is rapid... Nothing special but a well balanced diet, make your plate colourful include all varieties of veggies and fruits, large quantities of protein, least becomes carbohydrates small meals at frequent intervals . TC... Lots of fluids..
