it might due to hydrocele.. it's common in babies ... now you don't have to do anything .. in most of the cases it goes away by itself... in some cases requires a small surgery... it's nothing major... so don't panic... show this to your doc once...

u visit ur pead... even if something is there I think he is too small to conclude it as a problem bcz this will usually gets corrected nearly at the age of 2-3 ... after that may be u have to think of it...  now he is too small ... as u have observed it already it's better to get opinion of experts...
