is triple marker test is compulsory m expecting twins...does it giv accurate results?

I am creating a video that explains why these tests are done and when they are done. your questions on the subject just affirm the need of such material. <br>
triple marker is screening test. it does not diagnose the downs syndrome. it only tell u whether u r at a higher risk. in. twins the sensitivity further falls down ( or u may say it further becomes more inaccurate). the choice of correct test is based on various types of twins.<br>
I think beyond this it will be difficult to discuss on <u>forum</u>

i had done this test recently and its result is not accurate. If u have a negetive report u will have to go the next level to conform it.But if it is positive and dosent say any risk to your baby u need not to worry.
