If it is a small amount then it is normal vaginal discharge. If it is excessive and causes itching or has a foul odour then it could signify an infection.

yes it's normal but it can also be a sign of infection. so u should get it checked with ur doctor. white discharge sometimes happens right before periods as well.

Better check with your gyno. Some discharge will be there.. at times discharge in the beginning of periods. If itching and bad odour then chances of infection. So please visit gyno once.
