Ism 17 weeks 3 days, all my elders ask me to have milk thrice a day whereas iam unable to have it even once since i hate milk even before preg! Iam taking calcium supplements,oranges,curd, green veggies but can’t have glass of milk. Kindly suggest how imp it is since many vegan moms also gv birth yo healthy babies

I never took milk instead take Paneer, badam, curd etc.

There are other sources from which one can take the proper nutrition. Broccoli, tofu, soya, avocado, makhane, chickpeas are all great source of proteins and calcium.

Kindly take more paneer cheese and curd since taking multivitamins sheilds you from defeciency but if you like milk products such as sweetened almond milk or rose milk then try that
