Veggies PANCAKE

(Ideal for babies 9 months and above)

Ingredients required-

1. Sooji (roasted)

2. Grated betroot

3. Water

4. Salt as per taste

5. Black pepper powder (a pinch)

6. Grated carrot

7. Grated boiled potato (optional)

8. Fine chopped beans

9. Grated Tomato
(Please note- sugar and salt should not be introduced to babies below 12 months)

Here is the easy peasy Recipe-

🎀Take a bowl and add Sooji (roasted), curd and grated veggies to it. Add some salt and black pepper powder

🎀 Add a little bit of water if its too thick.

🎀 Keep the batter aside for 15-20 mins

🎀 Take an iron skillet and heat it.

🎀 Grease the skillet with desi ghee

🎀 Now add a small portion of batter to the skillet and make sure its a little thick ( not too thick )

🎀 Cook it till its brown and then repeat the same for the other side.(COOK ON LOW AND MEDIUM FLAME )

VOILA!! It's ready.
