Heya darling
Initially when I used to pump I would get only 30 ML..;; milk supply; takes time..; please do not give up on breastfeeding ..it is a demand supply chain.. more baby suckle more milk is produced ..
Ladies have already shared some wonderful links.. please go through it ...
Don't lose hope momma ...and keep trying
Bf; is the best thing baby can get...
Take care

Priya - first of all, expressed milk is not the right measure to judge ur milk supply, breasts are like river, milk supply is always there, its not a bottle. Second,as much and as long the baby will suckle, your supply would increase. It will signal your body to produce more milk ( its all a game of demand and supply). Make sure to include lots of liquid in your diet, healthy carbs, protein, fresh fruits and veggies. Put cumin seeds in every curry to eat,it helps in milk supply, eat fennel seeds after each meal, this will not only help in supply but will also help in getting relief in ur little ones gaseous issues. Bottle guard is also meant to increase supply,so you can add it in ur diet (i take mix veg daliya with all veggies once everyday), it also helping. All the best!
