Hi Actually it is good if you do not have any milk discharge because it indicates pre term delivery. I never had, as soon as my baby started latching I got milk. Don't worry, just make sure you keep the nipples soft and supple and it's not dried or cracked.

Not every one has milk discharge. Its absolutely fine to have nothing.
