it's now 20 days from my D-day which was normal with episiotomy. but whenever i try do continue my light stretching exercises like stretching my legs or arms or wrists or neck etc which can b done sitting on my bed also I lack stamina.

However I'm taking home made balanced food nd exclusively bf my baby nd doing household chores too but only when I try doing sm exercise I find myself exhausted.

Pls suggest me smthng so that I can do some stretching.

hello... <br> firstly start supplements like multi vitamins and calcium which is very important along with daily diet during bf.. and i advise not to do any sort of exercises till 2months.. let body take its own time to heal.. dont stress more

Pls relax and enjoy this time for yourself... Abhi aap massage karvasakti ho n plenty of rest let sakti ho... Once baby is 4-5 months no rest, sleepless nights... &#128565;<br> So enjoy this period n don't strain your body..,, n exercise did be started after 3 to 4 months of delivery...
