It's the monsoons in most parts of India and the rains have brought a welcome respite to the heat. But with this also comes other issues like flu, mosquitoes and more. Let's see how you can build your immunity and also enjoy the rains.

1. Wash your hands and feet every time you come home from outside.

2. Have a few glasses of warm water during the day.

3. Load up on nuts and seeds as these can help build immunity.

4. Have a thick bowl of warm vegetable soup every evening with your dinner.

5. Avoid getting wet in the rain but if you do ensure you take a warm water bath once you are home.

6. Install net on the windows of your home to keep mosquitoes away.

7. Use some eucalyptus oil in a diffuser in your bedroom - this will not only keep mosquitoes away but also help to keep your nasal passages clear.

8. Add some exercise to your daily routine. Even if you cannot walk outdoors you can practice some yoga and stretches at home.

And most importantly get a good night's rest. If you are well rested your body has a higher capacity to fight any diseases that may come it's way.
