Congratulations on your delivery!!!! For constipation - loads of water, raisins, banana other high fiber foods. But if it persists pls do contact your Dr.

I had this problem too and the only thing that helped was Phyllium. It’s an insoluble fibre. Have a quarter spoon of it mixed in water in the morning, afternoon and night after meals. Progress is gradual but definite. Ensure you have it as soon as it’s mixed in water. And do not overdo the quantity. Rest as others said, lots of water, fruits and grains. Veggies don’t help much in this regard as they have soluble Fibres

This happens as we are less active, try moving around the house whenever possible . And drink plenty of water.
