Ingredients:-

Shreaded coconut-2 cups

Dry Fruits- ½ cup Almonds,  ½ cup Cashew nut,  ½ cup Walnut,  ½ cup Pista.

Sugar-1 and half cup

Water- ¾ cup

Green Cardamom Powder- freshly crushed

Utensil- Thali or any shape you want

Aluminum Foil

Ghee-1 tsp

Method:-

🌼Take a utensil , Put up an aluminum foil over it . Grease it with some ghee at keep aside.

🌼Take a pan. Heat it up . Pour sugar and water. Give it a mix until sugar is dissolved.

🌼Cook it till you get single thread  syrup. Add cardamom powder in it . Mix it well.

🌼Add all the dry fruits to it and Shreaded Coconut. Give a Quick Mix. Switch off the heat.

🌼Now transfer this mixture into greased dish.Spread it well.

🌼Let it to be completely cool down and after 1 hour take it out from aluminum foil.

🌼Cut it into Square pieces. It will be little difficult to cut it out if it is good set.

🌼Put pressure on the knife and cut it out.
