@nayana it's a viral infection...which will subside in 7to10days...have to use medicnes symptomatically.... for fever ,itching,pain or infection.... it can spread to other kids have to take precautions

@pallavi usualy 18months we don't see cavities... it's not significant but take a dental surgeon opnion
