I have a 6 -5 cms cyst in my left ovary and adenomyosis too. Should I wait and take medicine to curb my symptoms or remove the cyst asap?

not sure what to ask as i’m new to this. i had one cyst. and after 4 years developed another. symptoms so far are period farts and bloating. i also feel a bit sore during periods. is there no cure for this? i heard it will get worse over time.
