Jowar Porridge

Ingredients :
1.Roasted Jowar Flour - 45 g.
2.Roasted Bengal gram Powder- 20 g.
3.Walter - As per required consistency

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly
2. Store in air tight container.
3. Add hot water to a tablespoon of powder, mix well to avoid lumps
4. Breastmilk or formula can be added for the required consistency
5. Pour in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
