Jowar....when we listen this we can only think of roti. Here am sharing recipe made of jowar flour with a twist so that kids can eat and finish it happily.;
Jowar is a powerhouse of vitamins,minerals and antioxidants. It is loaded with good amounts of calcium, copper,phosphorus and zinc that helps in maintaining a healthy body.
JOWAR DOSA;
INGREDIENTS:
JOWAR FLOUR - 1CUP
SALT - as per taste.
Green chillies.;
Coriander leaves.;
Pudina leaves.
Mirchi powder.;
Onions- 1 medium. Chopped.;
Method to prepare:;
1. Take a bowl,add 1 cup jowar aata,salt,green chillies, coriander leaves,pudina leaves,onions and mirchi powder.;
2. Mix the batter by adding water.dont mix it too thick.keep the batter with thin consistency for crispy dosas.
3. Take a dosa tawa.sprinkle some oil. Now pour the batter with laddle and add oil.
4. Keep it till crispy and serve hot. #beingmumma
