Kheera ( cucumber ) ki Kachori A little rain and everyone craves something hot. Here is the healthy version of cucumber(kheera). It tastes scrumptiously yummy. You will just love it. A little taste of curd and cucumber gives an awesome taste. It goes great as an appetizer or as an evening-time snack and trust me you will not regret trying this one. *For stuffing* -Grated and squeezed cucumber 1 kg
-Hung curd 200 gms
-Crushed green chili 2 tsp
-Cinnamon powder1/2 tsp
-Black pepper powder1/2tspn
-Jeera powder 1tspn
-Rock salt
-Hing *For Dough*
-Maida250 gm
-Oil 1 tbsp
-Water
-Sooji-125gm Make a semi-hard smooth dough. Rest the dough for half an hour. Divide the dough into small pedas and roll them. To make uniform rounds cut with a round cutter. Brush very little water to let the sides stick. Then put the cucumber filling in the center. Cover with another rolled peda and stick it in the sides. Dock them with a fork before frying them in medium heat oil. The final step before it goes into the mouth is a squeeze of lemon. your Lemon adds additional flavor to the kachoris. Do try it with a good squeeze of lemon!
