Take 1/2 cup Dal+rice or Dal+Roasted Daliya. I use green moong dal+Daliya in equal quantity. as it is easy to digest and most nourishing to the body.
Wash and soak for at least 40 to 60 minutes.; Just before you cook, chop fresh veggies and add to soaked Dal rice or Daliya. I use a different combination of veggies everyday. Some options can be Broccoli+Carrots+Beans Peas+Beans+Beetroot Spinach+Lauki+Potatoes Pumpkin+Broccoli+Carrots You can use any veggies as per choice.;
Add 4 times water, pinch of salt and turmeric. On a medium heat, pressure pressure cook for 4 whistles.;
Let the pressure go off itself. Mix everything well and if needed add a little warm water to bring it to consistency you desire. Swipe to video and check consistency. For babies Younger than 1 year, avoid salt and turmeric and make a puree of khichdi.
