Kindly suggest meal/ snacking options in third trimester. Anything special or just like second trimester??

Keep yourself hydrated,; I use to drink kokam juice or lemon sharbat whenever I feel like that. Don't drink too much sugary stuff but little is fine.

Meals nothing special... simple ghar ka kahna with lot of vegetables.

Home made snacks, take nuts like Badam, pista, walnuts, flaxseeds, peanuts, corns etc. Cooked sprouts is also good option. Don't eat too oily or too sweet and better to avoid outside snacks.
