After 8th month leave Lena humne bi pura 8th month complete hone k baad leave li Hai because after delivery u have to give more time to your baby

And don't worry jab tak ap ka 9th month lagega apko 90 days ho jayenge  office me

No as per policy apko office me work karte hue almost 90 days ho Jana chaiye except training from that 90 days
