1. Leftover chapathi / fresh chapathi - 4
2. Big onion - 1 sliced
3. Ginger - 1 inch peeled and coarse mash
4. Garlic - 5 pieces peeled and coarse mash
5. Tomatoes - 2 small chopped
6. Red chillies - as per taste
7. Chili powder - as per taste
8. Coriander leaves - chopped
9. Curry leaves
10. Egg - 1 optional
11. Salt - as per taste
12. Oil - 1 spoon
13. Mustard seeds - few Preparation
1. Oil in a pan. Allow Mustard seeds to splutter. Add ginger, garlic, onions, redchillies, curryleaves. Stir well until the color changes
2. Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and cook well
3. Cut the leftover chapathi to 1 inch small pieces. Add it and stir well. Let the masala absorb on to the pieces
4. Add egg to the pan and mix well (optional to enhance the taste)
