If u want, go for a proper glucose tolerance test if not done before or else u may go for fasting sugar ( glucose level checked empty stomach in the morning). Have dinner by 10 pm max and go to hospital empty stomach, u can have water only. They will take 2-3 recordings and will give u a glucose solution in between too. Timings and the amount of glucose consumed matter a lot in these kind of tests and also the readings u provided are just post prandial blood sugar level only which is not much reliable.
Although u can anyways stick to low sugar diet for which u can find articles here at babychakra.
U may consult ur Dr regarding the same

First don't take tension it will go as soon as you deliver. Mine went the same night I delivered,; just avoid sugar items. After every meal take 10 mins walk. Eat now and then.. good thing is you are already 36 weeks so few more days to go.

Tabassum in January 2017 they changed the level to 120 instead of 140. Few doctors follow the latest one 120. My doctor also followed 120 level and I was on diabetic diet. Anyways nothing wrong in controlling your sugar intake.. take more protein.
