Ladies who go for morning walk do you apply sunscreen? If yes which one?
Yes. Sunscreen is must even when u r indoors. I use ThriveCo sunscreen gel. It contains SPF 50 and is excellent to safeguard the skin against sun radiation

Yes, i apply whenever I go out. As it protects skin against tanning. So for for Thrive co's ultra light daily sunscreen gel has been my favourite. They are quickly absorbed and does not have any sticky feel.
