Last week i went for my first checkup at 9 weeks....my blood glucose level was 145 after gylcosylated hb test that was 5.3 normal,my urine acetone was +1. Im so afraid this may affect my baby? Because i married to my first cousin.....so I'm so afraid....my family history had no diabetes...please reply me with good diet plan...fruits is good?

Don't panic. Maintain a diabetic diet and keep checking ur blood sigar at regular intervals. Be active!

You are still in a good condition. Hba1c is normal that means sugar is under control from past 3 months. Get yourself checked again after a week or so. Till then avoid sweet, fatty and oily food. Do not go for mango, banana Eat low calorie fruits. Avoid potatoes
