💚Ingredients 25 leaves of basil (Tulsi )
25 leaves of mint ( pudina )
1 tbsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tbsp dried ginger
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp turmeric (haldi)
1 tbsp jaggery
4 cups water 💚Instructions In a pot, add ingredients expect jaggery in water. Boil the content until about 1 cup of solution is left. Add jaggery in water before consuming.. Drink when liquid is warm but not too hot to drink.
