Like other mom I also get worried about my son's tiffin; he loves idli very much I used to give him idli with sugar but not with chutney if it's too hot then he will lose his control so I tried to make idli delight for him it was time consuming but I made it . So moms I am going to share it's receipes please try it; Idli delight🥘 ;Ingredients; 👉5 idlis; 👉1 onion 👉1 🥕 👉Half capsicum 👉1 tomato; 👉1 green chilli 👉Dhaniya one sprig 👉Jeera 1/2 teaspoon; 👉Cinnamon 1 inch piece 👉4 cloves 👉2cardamom 👉A pinch of pepper crush if u want to normally I don't add for aayush; 👉Ghee; 👉Salt to taste
Method; *Cut idli into cube pieces; *Chop onion carrot capsicum green chilli and coriander leaves finely; *Cut the tomatoe into half remove the seeds and chopped it finely. *Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan . *Put jeera and just them to splutter following with cinnamon cardamom and clove stir them for seconds with a medium heat. *Then add chopped onion,green chilli , capsicum and carrots saute them well *Add salt; *When the vegetables are cooked add chopped tomatoes and saute them for more times. *Now add the main important idli pieces following with coriander leaves and a pinch of pepper crush.mix them well and let it be cooked for 2-3 minutes. Ur idli delight is ready 😊 A classic South Indian food made with fermented rice and black gram,;idlisare a great source of carbohydrates and proteins. The fermentation process increases the bioavailability of proteins and enhances the vitamin B content of the food. As it is steamed, fat content is low and it is easily digestible ; #momsworld#nutrition _for_kids #weaning recepies #bbcreatorclub #idli#foodporn#food#foodie#southindianfood#dosa#instafood#breakfast#foodphotography ;
