Anger like other emotions is just an emotion.; If like other emotions we dont pay much attn to it...it just goes away on its on. The more u nurse it , the more it troubles u.<br>
Resort to music, pranayam, yoga, or any activity that makes you happy. When u r a bit calmer, express it calmly to people who might hv hurt u. You cud even scribble or write about the same when angry. Remember to tear it up later.
