Being a first time mom , I was so much anxious and 24*7 with my baby.; As baby v initally wasn't too well and crying and colicky. And slept very less almost just few hours a day and nite full nite he never slept for first 6 months, I didnt get my massage done , didn't walk , never thought I'd my self ferget looks and beauty, but health . Now after my baby is 8 month old problem which I m facing is can't walk more , completely drained all the time , can't get up properly without support , went to ortho he got 15 blood tests and 2 xray. Report are bad not that bad but bad for a 27 year women; calcium less , vit D less(insufficient) , vit B12 less, diabetes just about to happen etc etc. Xray says sipe has little problem and bones have become little becz of which I have terrible backache, my son still needs my lap at nite for hours nd hours , I do have a very supportive family thank God .
LET'S ferget problems becz it's inc day by day nd trust me every moring is bad for me due to terrible backache nd leg pain cramps is painful .;

LET'S talk about lesson I have learnt :;

*Been I dietitian I m a fool not listing to my body , even after knowing every thing I didn't; take care of myself nd laziness increased ever U second .

Rules I have set for myself from now onwards:;

* No stress no tension ferget people gossiping , ferget what will people say If I do this ...i will ferget about all ndthink of myself nd family;

* A glass of warm water with lime first thing moring

* Followed almonds, 4 walnuts, 2 dates / figs;
* A cup of tea instead of (a tall patiyala mug ) with less sugar;;
* Healthy Breakfast:;
-A roti / bhakri / mix atta roti / thepla/masala veggie oats / veggies sprouts / upma/poha/ khakra with moong;
* A fruit around 11 and; a cup of green tea after 10 mins;
* Lunch : A big bowl of salad or sports, 2 roti , a bowl of dal and sabji, patiyala glass of plain buttermilk ( wrong habit to have buttermilk long with lunch but a habit which I will improve with time);
Post lunch - A cup of warm water with lime or green tea;
Evening: A small cup if tea instead if patiyala mug , dry bhel or khakra or healthy oats biscuit( last option if nothing avaliable)or a bowl of mixed fruits;
Dinner as early as possible last at 9 at least, bhakri with sabji prefereabbly green leafy veggies;
Post dinner A mug of milk woth turmeric powder.;;
*5 lts water every day which I'm proud I have .
* M will tell myself I'm not a dustbin and I donot have to eat all leftover baby v's food .;
* No extra salt and sugar;
* Strict no to sweets, a piece of dark chocolate is ok;
* 30 to 40 min workout .;
* With this severe back pain and leg more workout is impossible so inc strength is most important.;
