Dear @Sonal Jain Balotiaa
I am glad u are considering Babywearing.
You can look up for articles and videos here on BabyChakra that will help you choose from different types of babycarriers. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that the carrier should provide good support to the delicate spine and allow u to carry the baby in a natural way. Apart from. that if your child is yet to develop head control, then the carrier should be able to provide a good head and neck support too. As per your query, you can check out SSC (Soft Structured Carrier). It is ergonomically designed taking care of baby's and the wearer's contours.
Look at manufacturers instructions for height and age specifications. Apart from SSCs you can also opt for Meh Dai or Ring Slings. These too are ergonomically designed. Happy BabyWearing !!!
Best Wishes !!!
