Looking to loose some of the Pregnancy weight - well it's not very difficult. Breast feeding actually helps you to burn calories but besides this here are two things that can help :

2. Start a brisk walking program. Once you are about a month post partum you can start with fifteen minutes of brisk walk every day. Slowly increase this to thirty, forty five and finally sixty minutes. Sustained aerobic activity can burn fat and you will see the Pregnancy weight shed off very easily
